Cruz Thru gives you the absolute best carwash possible, but if you have any questions or issues with our webpage or your purchase:

1. Technical Issues: If you have any issues purchasing any item on our webpage, please drop us a line at sales(at)cruzthrucarwash.com


2. Prepaid Cards: Prepaid Cards purchased online have no expiration date, and can be used on any vehicle. Cards can be reactivated at any Cruz Thru location once all the washes are used up. Cruz Thru Express is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.


3. Unlimited Memberships: Unlimited Memberships are valid as one per vehicle. Any misuse or tampering with your issued membership sticker may result in termination of your membership. If you need to to have your membership changed to a different vehicle, please see a Cruz Thru attendant, or call the office.


4. Refunds/Credits: If you're needing assistance with a refund or credit, please call 661.837.9485 Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm
