Fundraising is never easy, but we'll handle the dirty work!
We love being part of the community, and are actively involved in helping create revenue for Charities, Fundraisers and other not-for-profit organizations. Our Fundraising Program has helped more then 25 organizations over the past 7 years including the United Way, Houchin Blood Bank, AYSO, Habitat for Humanity and several local area schools generate revenue for their organization.
If you're accepted into our program, your organization will receive 2,500 coupons to pass out at your events, local businesses, etc. (Please note: we do not let organizations pass out their fundraising coupons at our Cruz Thru locations) When a coupon is redeemed, you'll get a portion of the proceeds, and we'll wash the cars! We'll keep a tally of the total coupons redeemed, and mail you a check once a fiscal quarter.
How It Works
Upon approval to our program, 2,500 coupons will be printed with your organizations name; these coupons are then passed out by your volunteers, and for each coupon redeemed at any of our Cruz Thru Express Car Wash locations, your organization will receive $.50. We'll keep a tally of the coupons redeemed, and a check will be mailed out to you each fiscal quarter.
How to re-order your Fundraising Coupons
When its time to reorder coupons, simply contact our fundraising manager and we'll have your new order of coupons printed up, and we'll give you a call as soon as they are delivered.
