Cruz Thru Fundraising Program

Fundraising is never easy, but we'll handle the dirty work!

We love being part of the community, and are actively involved in helping create revenue for Charities, Fundraisers and other not-for-profit organizations. Our Fundraising Program has helped more then 25 organizations over the past 7 years including the United Way, Houchin Blood Bank, AYSO, Habitat for Humanity and several local area schools generate revenue for their organization.

We currently offer two fundraising options:

Fundraising Wash Passes

Cruz Thru provides a fast, simple, and highly effective program for non-profit organizations to raise money. Sell Cruz Thru Express wash passes at their full face value and keep 50% of the proceeds. Our fundraising program is a simple way for your non-profit organization to experience fundraising success. To date, we’ve helped raise more than 1.4 million dollars through our program. Selling the Cruz Thru fundraising passes couldn’t be easier.

    Fundraising Coupons

    Upon approval to our program, 2,500 coupons will be printed with your organizations name; these coupons are then passed out by your volunteers, and for each coupon redeemed at any of our Cruz Thru Express Car Wash locations, your organization will receive $.50. We'll keep a tally of the coupons redeemed, and a check will be mailed out to you each fiscal quarter. When a coupon is redeemed, you'll get a portion of the proceeds, and we'll wash the cars! (Please note: we do not let organizations pass out their fundraising coupons at our Cruz Thru locations)

  • How to re-order your Fundraising Coupons

    When its time to reorder coupons, simply contact our fundraising manager and we'll have your new order of coupons printed up, and we'll give you a call as soon as they are delivered.

    Here's the fine print:

    PLEASE NOTE:

  • We are unable to accept every organization that applies to our program. Applying to our program does not automatically enroll you.
  • Please click to read our requirements and rules before applying.
    REQUIREMENTS:
  • All applications must include a W-9 tax form. You can get a copy from the IRS website here.
  • Your organization must be a year round organization. Example: A year-round travel baseball team will be chosen for our program vs. a seasonal baseball team.
  • Your organization must be a non-profit. We may require a not-for-profit tax ID before you are accepted into our program.
  • We review potential organizations for our program throughout the month, and will notify your organization the first week of the month if they have been accepted.
  • If you have applied to our program, your application will be kept on file for 90 days, and your organization may be accepted into our program at any point in that 90 day period.

  • RULES:
  • Distributing your organization's coupons while on Cruz Thru property may result in expulsion from program.
  • Failure to deposit the fundraising checks to your organizations banking account within 30 days of the postmarked date may result in expulsion from the program.
  • Checks will not be reissued except for a valid reason. If a check was lost due to contact information not being up to date, it will not be reissued.
  • If you have not received your check, please notify us immediately. Checks are issued fiscal quarterly (January, April, July, and October). Checks for schools will not be mailed out in July, but will be sent out in August when school is back in session.
  • It is the organization's responsibility to update contact information. If we attempt to contact you and do not have the correct information, your organization will be dropped from the program.
  • When coupons are ordered, we will make three attempts to contact you: twice via email, and once via phone. If coupons are not picked up after the third attempt, your organization will be dropped from the program.
  • Cruz Thru reserves the right to change/alter terms of our Fundraising Program at any time.

  • We apologize for any inconvenience our rules may impose. Our fundraising program has grown over the years and we are asking your help to make our program easy to maintain.
